IA.  Analysis of Solar Active Regions and Activity from  26/2100Z
to 27/2100Z:  Solar activity was very low. The disk was spotless. No
flare activity was observed.
IB.  Solar Activity Forecast:  Solar activity is expected to be very
low.
IIA.  Geophysical Activity Summary 26/2100Z to 27/2100Z:
The geomagnetic field was quiet. Solar wind velocities ranged from
340 to 420 km/sec and Bz from -5 to +5 nT.
IIB.  Geophysical Activity Forecast:  The geomagnetic field is
expected to be quiet with occasional periods of unsettled activity.
