to 19/2100Z:  Solar activity was very low. Isolated B-class flares
were observed during the period.
IB.  Solar Activity Forecast:  Solar activity is expected to be at
very low levels. There is a slight chance for an isolated C-class
flare.
IIA.  Geophysical Activity Summary 18/2100Z to 19/2100Z:
Geomagnetic field activity was quiet.
IIB.  Geophysical Activity Forecast:  Geomagnetic field activity is
expected to be mostly quiet throughout the forecast period (20 - 22
February).
